Decisions of the Decade is an interactive game which helps people recognize that there are many uncertain aspects to the future of the climate, and therefore, risk management may require being prepared for surprises such as natural disasters. It is designed to support conventional ways of understanding key aspects of long-term investments under incertitude.

The game starts with facilitator presenting the rules of the game.

Each round players have to make a decision to prepare for flood or drought (each decision has resulted in the next round).

After the set number of rounds, the game ends and winners are announced.

Facilitator starts debriefing and ignites the discussion.
