The game starts with facilitator presenting the rules of the game.
Each round players have to make a decision to prepare for flood or drought (each decision has resulted in the next round).
After the set number of rounds, the game ends and winners are announced.
Facilitator starts debriefing and ignites the discussion.
Useful in planning for extremes, experiencing climate change impacts, cooperation to better manage risk.
