Computer Waste Policy Simulation is the answer to issues concerning real-life waste management. Role-play as representatives of the government, researchers and businesses of the fictional nation of Sweland. Your main goal is to reform your country’s waste policy in an effort to become a member of the “European Trade Area”.

Gameplay

The game starts in the European Union in the near future. The EU now has a strict ”no-disposal of personal computers in landfills” policy.

Sweland tries to become a member of the “European Trade Area” but to do that Sweland has to present a good sustainable electronic waste policy.

Players have to build dialogue between different interest groups which could be affected by changes in waste policy. It can be done by participating in the “Round Table” called by Sweland’s Environment Ministry.

Created to help face concerns about the reform of the country’s waste policies.
